Mission Label launches its Founder Series Mission #F-002MC, belonging to Eighth Order co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), Sergeant First Class (Retired) Tom Kerr.

The uniform used in this product was worn on the battlefields of Syria in 2016. Tom would serve as the Senior Weapons Sergeant for both ODA 5135 and ODA 5134 before deploying to Syria for OPERATION INHERENT RESOLVE where his Team, 5134 would be charged with conducting Unconventional Warfare within Northern Syria in preparation for the assault on the city of Raqqah, the self-imposed capital of the ISIS Caliphate.

Tom and his team clandestinely infiltrated the area and began working with members of the Syrian Democratic Forces to establish a force while also conducting Special Reconnaissance and preparing the environment for future operations. ODA 5134 worked for many months building a formidable fighting force capable of taking on ISIS.

While the team’s objective was to not become decisively engaged with the enemy, the ODA would find itself under attack multiple times throughout their trip. On one of these engagements the team was overwhelmed with incoming fire from 120mm mortars, 23mm Anti Aircraft and 12mm DSHKA fire. Tom would be violently thrown from his vehicle and sustain a TBI. The team recovered from the firefight and returned a week later to destroy the enemy positions with precision fire and air strikes.
